How to give credit (Required format):

All digital products on olshinotech.com are created by Olshino Tech LLC as original owner and creator. New acknowledgment of ownership is given upon purchase of digital product. This new ownership is given to purchaser with the request to give credit to original owner. 

Meaning if you purchase product, the original owner asks that you at least give credit to Olshino Tech LLC in required format.

To give credit to original owner Olshino Tech LLC just simply use this statement somewhere in which you use the product. "This digital product was originally created by Olshino Tech LLC."

Commercial Use:

Upon required credit, purchaser must edit original product and not resale as is. Meaning this is not a buy and resale website unless you at least give credit to original owner and at least change 20-40% of the model such as add texture or detail. 

Submissions:

This website olshinotech.com does not allow digital product submissions. This website is simply used to sell products and not to receive products from other owners.

Olshino Tech LLC does not accept ownership or liability towards any digital product you submit to Olshino Tech LLC.

Validity and distribution:

All digital products of olshinotech.com were created using valid material and were not taken or stolen from previous owners. All rights are valid for the purpose of the original owners use which is to sale.

Responsability:

Olshino Tech LLC is not responsible or liable to consequences for any further manipulation, editing, or any changing of product upon purchase that may violate the rules of other relative digital products.

Meaning after you purchase Olshino Tech LLC product, edit or change it to look extremely similar to another digital another owner's product not of Olshino Tech LLC,

then you are subject to their copyright laws.

As is:

All digital products such as 3d models of olshinotech.com were created to help with base starts for purchaser projects. They are not meant to be perfect or provide 

everything expected with as to traditional digital products. For this reason, the price is simply lower than average, though their value is definitely useful for your project.

All digital products such as 3d models of olshinotech.com are purchased through third party checkout system such as Shopify. Shopify checkout is embedded into olshinotech.com site. Purchaser assumes all risk of damage to computer systems or network caused by using Shopify Checkout System. Olshino Tech LLC is not responsible for rules and regulations or network issues upon using Shopify checkout system. Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Olshino Tech LLC.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Olshino Tech LLC.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the

warranty period.

During the warranty period, Olshino Tech LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or

parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal

use and maintenance. This is Olshino Tech LLC return standards.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Olshino Tech LLC is 30 days

from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or

30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What will we do to correct problems?

Olshino Tech LLC will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished

replacement parts.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Examples such as dropping product, throwing or even breaking product intentionally.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most

appropriate solution for you at onjigopro@gmail.com

Return instructions

If your purchased product meets return standards please contact Olshino Tech LLC at onjigopro@gmail.com

stating "replace", or "repair". Returner must have purchaser's original physical or digital receipt, showing proof of purchase.

Physical receipt: Take photo of physical receipt and email to onjigopro@gmail.com stating "replace" or "repair"

Please also send a photo of damage explaining the issue in description.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a response from Olshino Tech LLC.

Digital receipt: Email a copy of your digital receipt to onjigopro@gmail.com stating "replace" or "repair"

Refunds

What is Olshino Tech LLC 60 day "repair or "replace" time-frame?

Olshino Tech LLC does not offer refunds on physical products meeting return standards. Meaning no refunds for physical products that can be "repaired" or "replaced" within product 60 day "repair" or "replace" time-frame. If customer's physical returned product does not prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Olshino Tech LLC will not provide refund nor will Olshino Tech LLC "repair" or "replace" product. If returned product meets return standards and Olshino Tech LLC is unsuccessful in repairing or replacing product within 60 day repair and replace time-frame, then customer will be fully refunded financially without physical product.
